The event begins with some relaxing breathwork to help you relax and then gentle yin style stretching. We then settle down on our mats ; pillows and blanket for the tranquil sounds that will slowly carry you off to peace and relaxation . Leave all your stress and anxiety behind . Each crystal sound bowl is aligned to specific energy centres in the body , healing and rebalancing.
The shamanic drum beats bring soft gentle mediation .
