It’s September and Autumn is just around the corner. Time to hunker down and start to slow down for the Winter season. Join us for the start of this process with a fantastic Sound healing session.
Immerse yourself in the vibration of sound and healing, and float away whilst your body heals.
Bring mats, cushions, blankets for warmth and comfort. You can bring recliner chairs if you find lying on the floor uncomfortable.
