Join us for a 90 minute sound bath restorative experience with Cindy Huston, founder of Yoga Body Elements and Uptown Wellness Festival.
Fridays 6:30 pm-8:00 pm (CST)
Blankets, blocks and cushions will be available allowing you to gently stretch and relax. Applied together can relieve depression, anxiety, chronic and acute pain, and boost the immune system. Cindy is a Reiki master teacher.
Harmonium, mantra, rainstick, quartz crystal bowls, and gentle hand drumming create a sound bath.
