About this Event

Settle into stillness during this nourishing soundbath by Yoga with Randiah. This experience will include crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, ocean drums, and other instruments to give you a space to rest and focus on being instead of doing.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and whatever else will make you comfortable and supported.
