What happens when we blend the magic of books with the healing power of sound?
On Monday, August 31st, The Black Rose Bookshop is opening its doors after hours for a special evening of meditation, vibration, and deep rest.

✨ Presented by Ashley Bowman of Regeneration Massage & Wellness
We’ll begin with a bookish guided meditation inspired by the space around us, giving you a chance to settle in, turn inward, and let your imagination wander.
From there, we’ll move into an immersive sound bath filled with singing bowls, vibration, and layers of sound designed to help quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of rest.
Sound baths can be wonderful for calming the nervous system, easing stress and mental chatter, releasing tension, supporting meditation, and creating space for whatever your mind, body, and spirit might need that evening.
No experience is needed. You don’t have to know how to meditate or do anything special.
Just get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sound meet you where you are. 🌙
Make it a mystical little date night, a girls’ night with a twist, or simply an evening you claim for yourself.

✨ $25 per person
🌹 Limited to 30 guests
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else you need to be comfortable lying on the floor for about an hour. Build yourself a cozy little nest among the books and settle in.
