come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing soundbath at John Lewis Norwich, a wonderful chance to relax with therapeutic instruments that are played around you and the room creating a feeling of peace, meditation and deep relaxation. instruments include drums, chimes, crystal bowls, singing bowls, ocean drums, and so much more.
this event is open for both the public and for staff to come along and enjoy .
it will be held in their Sandringham room , bringalong any mats ,blankets cushions etc to lay down and be warm and comfortable.
if you are at work and don't have these things available it can be enjoyed seated in a chair also .
this is suitable for all with a few expections please contact me if you are pregnant or have any health concerns like pace maker wtc.
