Come and join me on this deep healing experience and reconnect with your mind, body and soul at the beautiful Soul Barns Wellness centre in Mortimer /RG7 3PS/ Nightingale Lane.

This beautiful event is about relaxation and calming the nervous system.

It is about just being there, and surrendering to the healing experience, which is Sound healing with the power of sound, frequency and vibration, Reiki energy healing and plant medicine with ceremonial-grade cacao.

It is all about recharging your energytransforming your mind, body, and soul in asupportive environment.

This immerse session is designed to promote your overall wellbeing offering a blend of sound healing, with vocals, chakra balancing chanting and mantras, meditation, reiki, spiritual healing, heartfelt cacao ceremony, soulfamily manifestation to help you find balance and your supporting soulfamily group.

We will begin our journey with a beautiful, heart-opening cacao ceremony, drinking luscious cacao, sharing love, and opening ourselves to love.

We will sing our cacao song together, allowing our own voices to flow through our bodies and bring healing.I will be singing, and you are more than welcome to join in, however, there is absolutely no pressure.You can simply choose to listen. You do not need to be a singer. You may sing along, make gentle humming sounds, shake your maraca (a rattle/shaker will be provided), or simply relax and listen to the music.

It is completely up to you, please do whatever feels most comfortable.

In the meantime, I will be using my shamanic drum to help raise the frequency of the room.

Afterwards, I will guide you through a Mama Cacao-inspired Guided Bliss Meditation. You will then relax and bathe in soothing vibrational sounds and frequencies, allowing your body, mind, and soul to heal and recharge.

This experience is known as a sound bath.

Once you are fully relaxed, you will receive Reiki/spiritual healing from me.

Finally, we will close the event with a beautiful gratitude prayer.

You can expect:

This healing circle is designed to offer a sacred space for women to come together, share and heal.

A smaller supportive circle of no more than 11 people.

To connect with thoughts and emotions that may have been hidden.

Safe place free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise

Soundbaths are not suitable in pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, tinnitus, hearing impairment and pacemakers.

While cacao is generally safe, please bemindful if you:

Have heart conditions or high blood pressure (cacao increases heart rate and blood flow)

Take antidepressants (MAOIs or SSRls), as cacao contains tyramine and can interact with certain medications

Are pregnant or breastfeeding, small amounts are generally safe, but please listen to your body

Have caffeine sensitivity, as cacao contains natural stimulants.

"Ivett is a calm, soft spoken person, who is able to put you at ease and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. I experienced a Womens Healing Circle session by Ivett and it had a very positive effect on my ways I live my life.
