Step into an evening of deep healing, connection, and energetic transformation through the powerful combination of Crystal sound bowls and Reiki drumming.
This experience blends a guided sound bowl meditation with the grounding and clearing vibrations of sacred close body, Reiki drumming, creating a container where the body can release tension, the mind can quiet, and the spirit can reconnect with its natural state of peace.

Bob will offer a guided meditation to bring you into a quiet mind state as the sound bowls begin. Sound Bowl frequencies are deeply relaxing and balancing to every cell in our body and can help:
• Release stress and anxiety
• Help process grief and stored emotions
• Improve sleep and relaxation
• Open access to higher states of consciousness
• Quiet the mind and shift mental patterns
• Allow you to experience deep peace and relaxation.
Bob will support the journey with Reiki drumming, helping to move and clear energy from the body while grounding the experience through sacred rhythm.
The evening will close with an optional sharing circle for those who wish to reflect on their experience.This experience is designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply restorative.

Usui Reiki Master, Shamanic Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, Sound healer specializing in Shamanic Reiki drumming and student of the Sacred Peruvian flute.
Bob’s unique close-body Reiki drumming technique provides rhythmic, ancestral frequencies which can help with energetic clearing. His work helps release energetic blockages from the body while creating a grounded container that supports deep emotional and spiritual transformation.
✨Jessica excels at making the sound bowls sing a song of peace and restoration. She is a dedicated healer who also holds public and private sound bowl events as Shoreline Frequencies with Jess. Jessica is also a study of Hypnotherapy as well as general healthy lifestyle practices.
✨ Tidal Awakenings is dedicated to holding events that support transformation, frequency elevation, self-love, self-healing, and the harmonious embodiment of the divine masculine and feminine.
