SoundAlchemy:
I, Olesia Trok — holistic bodywork practitioner, sound meditation guide, and founder of Relaxation Mastery by Olesia — invite you to a ceremony of sound and presence.
At the very center of this journey are my beloved gongs.
The gong is a cosmic instrument — powerful, multidimensional, alive. It roars like thunder, whispers like wind, sings like the stars. Most of the ceremony is devoted to its sound, carrying us into deep states of presence, vision, and stillness.
Alongside the gongs, I weave in crystal and Tibetan bowls, shruti box, and voice — to create layers of resonance that hold and support the experience.
SoundAlchemy is not about healing or fixing — it is a gong ceremony about receiving vibration as it is, letting it flow through you, and allowing transformation in its own mysterious way.
