This sound x breath class combines breathwork excersises with sound healing instrumentation creating an immersive intentional experience. Every week will hold a different intention and theme.

Jeroen is the founder of ēchos althéa™, a wellness space devoted to nervous system regulation through sound, rest practices, and embodied awareness.
His approach blends sound and guided practices with an understanding of how the body responds to stress, creating experiences that are both grounding and deeply restorative.
