Join us for an event focused on deep relaxation and embodied healing with Yoga Nidra. Often called "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra focuses on verbal guided cues to induce a gentle sleep state in the body and has benefits for anxiety, muscle tension, overstimulation, and stress.
Enjoy a guided Yoga Nidra session led by RYT200 Nicole Warner, followed by a sound bath from Ryan Warner - immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flutes, tuning tubes, and more.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed.
