Sound Waves: Restorative Yoga Sound Bath

Join us for an event combining four deeply healing modalities - restorative yoga, reiki, essential oils and sound healing.

Reiki Master Teacher and UZIT-trained RYT500 instructor Barbara Ellen Held will lead 90 minutes of guided rest, accompanied by musician and Reiki Master Ryan Warner with 8 quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice, using props to fully support the body in relaxing poses - these can activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce the body's "fight or flight" response to the constant stressors in everyday life. Barbara will provide optional hands-on reiki energy work throughout and offer essential oil pairings to deepen the experience.

No yoga experience necessary - all are welcome!

Bring your yoga mat and as many recommended props as you can! Additional bolsters and mats are available on location.

• 2 bolsters or pillows
• 3-4 blankets
• 2 yoga blocks
• Bonus: sandbag or meditation cushion
