Join us as we honor the beginning of Summer while offering hands-on energy healing outside in a peaceful meditation garden.

Enjoy 75 minutes of relaxation and sound bliss, inviting balance, joy, and emotional ease. Ryan will guide the sound journey using crystal singing bowls, steel tongue drum, flute, and more, while Sarah will lead a guided meditation and move throughout the garden offering reiki energy healing.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
