About this Event

Clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension during this magical Crystal Sound Healing experience.

Through breathing techniques, resonating tones of crystal bowls, and other instruments, Mayu will guide the body and mind into a deep state of relaxation, where you can release layers of stress and anxiety which build up in overactive minds.

Classes are open to all levels, and no flexibility is required. Sessions can be done in work clothes. Come experience a higher vibration to wellness.

The class is for de-stressing and re-balancing our body and mind. This practice will renew and ready us for a calm evening, good night sleep, and a clear day ahead.

Location: Our address is 184 N king Street #201

To enter the building on street level, scroll in the directory until you find SAKURA ART. Then dial us and we will buzz you in the door. Just push the door in when you hear a soft click. Head up the stairs and turn to your right and you'll find us!

Parking:

On-street parking is available and free after 6:30 pm on weekdays and all day and night on the weekends.
