About your guides:
Elena is a Yoga teacher at Sedona Hot Yoga specializing in "gentle" Kundalini, making a very potent practice accessible to most. She is also a Sound Meditation Facilitator and has been hosting donation-based sound sessions for 6 years now to show people the meditative powers of the bowls. Elena is also a Vortex Guide, taking people out on the land to experience the healing power of nature with breath and sound. www.elenamarialarsen.com
Erick is student of the earth, teacher, and athlete living in Flagstaff, Arizona.
He has a degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Dallas, and dedicates his life to understanding and guiding others into the subtleties of the unseen world. He has been guided by the paths of Zen Buddhism, his ancestral Mexica lineage, and above all, the teachers and living ancestors in the land itself, namely the pine trees and volcanic mountains.Erick guides others into the subtleties of nature and our bodies in many ways including movement, writing, poetry, sound using a native Mayan drone flute made by a master craftsman of the Mexica lineage, and through Speaking Earth Productions, a video production studio creating expressions of the speaking earth to heal us and guide us, made in reverence and reciprocity with the land itself.
