Sound Transit Announces Tacoma Dome Link Extension Request for Industry Feedback (RFIF)

Sound Transit will release a Request for Industry Feedback (RFIF) on August 3, 2026, inviting the contracting community to provide input on the delivery and procurement approach for the Tacoma Dome Link Extension (TDLE) project. The RFIF will seek feedback on topics including project delivery strategies, risk allocation, lessons learned from similar projects, and other considerations that can help inform successful project delivery. The RFIF will be available for download at www.soundtransit.org/tdle-rfif

Sound Transit will host an Open House on August 18, 2026, at the Rosa Parks Conference Room, 705 5th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The Open House will provide an overview of the TDLE program, the RFIF process, and opportunities for industry engagement.

To help accommodate participants, a virtual attendance option will also be available. Please register in advance on EventBrite (tickets are not required for entry). Virtual meeting information, including the Microsoft Teams link will be sent by email to registered participants.
