Sound Therapy and Frequency Meditation with Jack

Join certified Yoga instructor and Sound Meditation facilitator Jack for a special Sound Healing class. Sound Healing is an ancient practice using sound frequency waves to penetrate the body to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. Deep relaxation is the most significant benefit of Sound Healing. This will be a very relaxing class from start to finish with a focus on mental and physical wellbeing.
This session will include various bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and other various percussion instruments.
Mats, chairs, blocks, and bolsters will be provided. Please bring blankets and any other items for extra comfort. Space is limited.
