In this sound journey, voice, crystal singing bowls, and percussion instruments are used to create a web of sounds to relax, cleanse, and replenish your being. While lying down in deep relaxation, drift away into your own inner world of restoration. Arise with peace, clarity, and a greater awareness of your true self.
Adriana uses sound within a ceremonial container to channel divine frequencies for the highest good. When we resonate with our highest self, we are able to flow in the world through aligned choices that serve us. It starts with being immersed in the frequency of divinity.
Wear comfortable clothing. Create a cozy nest for yourself with pillows, blankets and an eye covering.
