Join us for an evening of sound, meditation, and creative expression designed to nourish the body, heart, and soul.
✨ Sound Healing with crystal bowls, & assorted instruments
✨ Guided meditation bringing love and light into the body
✨ Collage the “Body Love Woman”, a life-size papier-mâché woman using positive images and intentions for yourself.
No experience necessary. All materials provided.
