Session: 7:30PM - 8:30PM (There will be no admittance after 7:45pm)

Participants should expect the possibility of harmonizing and relaxing sensations. Results of a sound bath can and will vary from participant to participant.

*Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillows.

*This event is not suitable for pregnant women within the first trimester.

*Please be mindful that the use of essential oils, candles and the burning of palo santo may be present.

*Also please be mindful that outside noises beyond our control may occur.
