Join Clarissa Mae for an immersive Sound Shower Journey in the inspiring Art Gallery at The Center for Western Studies. Surrounded by local and regional art, you’ll be guided through a multi-sensory experience designed to tune and uplift your vibration.
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, shamanic instruments, and vocal tones weave together to create a soundscape that helps recalibrate your energy, release stress, and restore balance.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering for comfort
- Chairs will be available if preferred

Bio:
Clarissa is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 16 years of experience, holding E-RYT®500, RYPT, and YACEP® certifications. A certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and Munay Ki Shamanic Practitioner, she brings together diverse practices to create transformative spaces. Through sound, movement, and ceremony, Clarissa guides participants into profound states of healing and connection. She also leads global and regional retreats and yoga teacher trainings, sharing her wisdom with communities worldwide.
