Using a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, instruments from nature and vocalizations you will be guided to recalibrate and reenergize your soul’s frequency.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye covering!
Options to sit on chairs are also available.

Clarissa, a seasoned yoga teacher with 16+ years of experience, holds E-RYT®500, RYPT, and YACEP® certifications. Also a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and Munay Ki Shamanic practitioner, she infuses classes, ceremonies, and retreats with transformative practices from diverse modalities. Using shamanic instruments, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and more, Clarissa creates a multi-sensory experience, sparking profound transformations. She also leads global and regional retreats and yoga teacher trainings, leaving an indelible mark on the spiritual journey of those she guides.
