About this Event
Now in its 14th year, is an all-ages, free sound festival that celebrates the creative audio community in Washington, D.C. and around the world. Experience audio art installations; live performances of dance, music, and spoken word; small group workshops that explore acoustics, sound production, sonic meditation, group improvisation; and more.
On Saturday June 26, all programming will take place from 10am - 5pm EST in-person on the second floor of Union Market District. Please review our accessibility and covid-safety information ahead of arrival. RSVP is encouraged but not required.
On Sunday June 27, all programming will take place online from 11am - 8:30pm EST. All programming will take place via Zoom. RSVP IS REQUIRED in order to receive a link.
ASL will be provided by Joyful Signing throughout all of Sound Scene.
