This time of year symbolizes new life coming into manifestation. While the signs of life may be subtle, with only the tiniest hints visible above the surface, may we be reminded that much is happening in the unseen. In the darkness, seeds are germinating, ideas are incubating, and dreams are taking shape.
During this month's Sound Sanctuary, may we gather in community and rest in sounds with the intention to allow space for transformation and growth.
And in that space, may we all find inspiration in the potential that lies within and around us, embracing the changes that signal the arrival of spring.

This form of mediation guides the mind into alpha and theta brainwaves, moving from a daily state of consciousness and into a subconscious and supersubconscious state. In these states, the body is able to deeply relax and move into an open mindstate, open to creativity and dreaming.
The ability to rest so deeply is a wonderful way to deal with stress and anxiety and to connect more intuitively with true source/Universe.
