Sound Sanctuary is all about connecting with others through our emotional experience with music. We will explore how different sounds, narratives and lyrics resonate with the human experience and our separate life journeys. Led by a menatl health professional, you can expect guided excercises and a safe space to share within a small group size (limited to 12 members). See you there!
