In this two hour, donation based gathering, you'll nurture your nervous system with simple body based practices designed to bring you into a safe and receptive state of being. Then you'll get cozy in a self-made nest, (bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket!), so you can unwind and enjoy a multi-instrumental song bath.
Our music is curated to create a vibrational healing sanctuary where you can release tension, purify dissonance in your heart and mind and fortify your connection to self-love.
