Join us for an immersive, hands-on weekend exploring the art and science of sound healing and learning how to confidently create intentional sound experiences for yourself and others.

No prior experience or instruments are required. Whether you’re completely new to sound or want to incorporate it into an existing wellness practice, this course will give you a strong foundation in working with sound, vibration, and a wide variety of instruments.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore:

• The foundations, history, and principles of sound healing
• How sound and vibration interact with the body and nervous system
• How to choose and combine instruments intentionally
• Proper playing techniques, volume, pacing, and transitions
• How to structure a sound healing session from beginning to end
• Creating and holding a safe, supportive space for individuals and groups
• Guided meditation and incorporating sound into other wellness practices
• Hands-on experience with 35+ sound healing instruments

Instruments You'll Experience

You’ll have the opportunity to play and explore a wide range of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan/Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, flutes, shruti box, handpan, tongue drum, didgeridoo, rainsticks, seed shakers, earth-element instruments, and more.

Instruments will be provided for practice throughout the course, so you do not need to own anything to attend.

Who Is This Course For?

This training is open to beginners as well as those who already have experience with sound. It’s especially valuable for yoga teachers, massage therapists, Reiki and energy practitioners, meditation facilitators, therapists, educators, and anyone interested in incorporating sound into their personal or professional practice.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll have a deeper understanding of sound healing and the foundational skills needed to begin creating and facilitating your own sound experiences.
