This outdoor sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while soothing sounds and vibrations wash over them. Led by Marlisa Energy using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools, the session aims to promote relaxation, meditation, and a sense of well-being. The natural surroundings enhance the experience, providing a serene backdrop for tuning into the therapeutic frequencies and allowing for a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation. From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Outdoor Oasis: Guests are welcome to come early, have a refreshing beverage, walk the Labyrinth and mingle. Outdoor Sound Bath will begin on the green behind the Spa from 6:30-8:00PM led by Marlisa Energy. Please bring your own mat, blanket, or lawn chair and wear comfortable clothing to fully enjoy the session.
