We welcome you to our first Sound of Unity gathering of the year, this time held with my wonderful twin sister Aniya and as usual the amazing Alexander 😊 …We feel deeply called for this theme of continuing to bring through the healing between the masculine and feminine which is a very potent theme for the collective right now. If something is stirring in your soul we’d love to have you part take in this co-creation of healing.Intension for the day:
1pm start (please arrive with a full tummy as proper food will not be served until dinner).
We’ll start by gathering in circle and Alexander will lead us into some authentic relating to build trust for some deeper processes to come. I will then take us on a ‘Release journey’ through gentle movement, breath and Sound to support us to drop deeper into our bodies.
After a short break we’ll continue with dividing into two groups Male and Female separately to later reunite in a powerful forgiveness ceremony.
Last but not least around 6pm we’ll enjoy some beautiful food together and some lovely social time. Here there will also be an opportunity for music to be shared so we welcome voices and instruments ☺️.
