About this Event
When women heal, families are impacted. Friendships are strengthened. Communities change. It all starts with a Sound Mind and a heart surrendered to God.
Sound Mind is a powerful two-day experience designed for women ages 16 and up who are ready to experience deeper emotional freedom and healing in Christ.
At Living Abundantly, our mission is to cultivate hope, break the stigma surrounding mental and emotional health in the Church, and help people live the abundant life Jesus promised. We believe faith and healing work together, and that seeking emotional wellness is not a sign of weakness—it is part of God's redemptive work in our lives.
We are believing God for a breakthrough from fear, shame, embarrassment, insecurity, and anything that has kept you from walking fully in your God-given purpose.
Throughout the weekend, we'll receive:
• Biblical teachings from anointed preachers
• Spirit-led worship and prayer
• Practical tools for emotional and inner healing
• Take-home resources to help you continue your healing journey
By attending, you'll be part of the very first chapter of Living Abundantly's women's gatherings. Together, we're making history and sounding the trumpet that freedom, emotional healing, and abundant life are available through Jesus Christ.
