With over 7 years of expertise in Sound Healing, Melissa will guide you through a deeply immersive journey that uses the resonant vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls, harmonised with custom soundscapes and enriched by Melissa’s live vocals and percussive instruments.

This unique experience invites you to unwind, feel, and recharge, leaving you with a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional renewal. It’s the perfect way to relieve stress, process difficult emotions, improve sleep, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session will support you in navigating your emotional landscape, finding more clarity and leave you feeling more grounded and calm.
