This "Chakra Sound Journey" is my personal interpretation of a "Seven Chakra Sound Meditation" combined with a "Kundalini Gong Bath" as learned from my teacher Guru Jagat.

It's a very powerful way to nurture and alchemize the body and mind purging negative energies and opening new channels for self exploration.
