Please join us Monday evening for our Restoring Sound Meditation 🙏🏻Each meditation is unique, the sound acts as an amplifier for your intentions that bring you into a state of deep inner peace and connection .
~ As you arrive we clear away any stresses from your day with a sound gong and smudging with frankincense.
~ You are then invited into a cosy relaxation lounge to unwind before we begin, you will offered a journey card.
~ The sound meditation will take you away on your personal journey
~ Enjoy a delicious cup of herbal tea before you head back to your everyday life, renewed, relaxed and refreshed.
We have chairs and lovely comfortable couches for this seated meditation.

Sound is one of oldest forms of healing and has been used by nearly every culture all over the world for thousands of years.
In sound meditation we play therapeutic instruments with pure frequency, this frequency is recognised by the body's cellular structure. You don’t just hear the vibrations but you feel them within your body. It’s an extremely effective and powerful tool for physical and energetic healing and self care.
Sound helps pull us back into our body and restore our connection within.

🙏🏻 The Science Behind The Sound
There is a thing called the Law Of Vibration which states “anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into in it’s purest form, consists of energy which resonates and exists as a vibration or frequency”. This means every bone, organ and tissue in our bodies has a different and specific vibration or frequency. When we’re healthy and in state of well being they are all blending together to create a positive harmonic. When we’re stressed out, ill or just not feeling good, generally there is a part of the body where the vibration rate has actually changed.
