Sound Meditation Concert
West Hartford Yoga, together with The Conduit, proudly presents Sound Meditation Concert, an afternoon of relaxed sonic bliss.
The Conduit musicians will use instruments - such as ancient Himalayan singing bowls, planetary gongs, aromatherapy, and other tools- to guide attendants through a landscape of sound. The gongs and singing bowls will help you reach a state of deep relaxation and take you on a sound journey to help you re-tune and re-balance.
Location: West Hartford Yoga, Studio A -- 23 Brook Street, West Hartford, CT
Please bring your own mat or zero-gravity chair. Props are available to borrow. You are welcome to bring your own blankets/pillows/etc. for maximum relaxation.
