Immerse yourself in the healing vibrational energy of Greek Ancient Lyre, Gong, Crystal & Singing bowls, Tunning Forks and Percussion and enjoy one hour in deep relaxation.

There are so many benefits to health and wellbeing that can be achieved with therapeutic sound and music including reduced stress, anxiety, muscle tension and physical pain as well as an increased sense of wellbeing and positive mood.

Please do not book this session if any of the following condition applies:

• if you are pregnant
• You have grand mal seizures/epilepsy
• You have serious mental health conditions
• Strokes, Blood clots and have a pacemaker fitted
• You had undergone surgery the last 3-4 weeks
• Tinnitus
• Children under the age of fiftheen.

DETAILS:

- The ticket is £23.50

- Each session will last for an hour.

- Be on time, doors will close at 7:45pm and latecomers won't be allowed to get in once started as it will disrupt the progress of the session

- Please make sure you bring a yoga/fitness mat, a blanket.

- Wear comfortable and warm cloths

- Leave your shoes by the door

- Switch off your mobiles or use airplane mode

- Stay hydrated before and after the session
