As late winter begins to turn toward light, allow yourself a moment of deep rest and renewal. Immersive sounds from bowls, violin, gongs and other instruments create a space to let go, breathe and gently reawaken.
Natalie Brown is a composer, educator, sound healer and multi-instrumentalist who has performed, recorded and taught around the world. Classically trained from age four, she spent fourteen years teaching high school orchestra before founding Sounds Heal Studio, where she offers individual and group sound healing sessions, workshops and practitioner training through the International Sound Healing Academy.
She trained in Nada Yoga in Rishikesh, India, and also holds certifications in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, Qigong, acupressure and Bio-Well analysis. Natalie hosts the Sounds Heal Podcast, a leading show in the sound and music therapy field. Her work supports people in using sound for self-care, growth and healing.
