Sound Meditation & Tea

Relax and unwind with a soothing sound bath meditation accompanied by a cozy tea session!

Welcome to our Sound Bath Meditation with Tea event! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, this event will be held every other Tuesday starting at 7:00 PM (doors are at 6:40) at 1220 Providence Rd. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs (and more!) while sipping on a warm cup of herbal tea. Let go of stress and tension as you sink into a state of deep relaxation. No experience necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to unwind. Chairs will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring anything to get comfortable (yoga mat, pillow, or blanket!). We do bring a select amount of blankets for a first come, first serve basis. But bringing your own comfy set up is always best!

Tickets are sliding scale of $15-$25. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo! You can pay at the door or after the event!
