Experience the transformative power of sound with our Sound Healing Meditation Plus Restorative Yoga Class! Join us for a unique and immersive journey into relaxation and self-discovery with Natalia, a certified sound practitioner, and GloriAnna, a certified yoga instructor. During the class, participants will get the best of both practices as they are lead from restorative pose to restorative pose using blocks, blankets, and bolsters all while accompanied by the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. The harmonious vibrations aim to promote a deep sense of calm, release tension, and enhance overall well-being while Restorative Yoga postures promote physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
