Sound journey with The Sound Priestess

Re-dedication can take place on a collective and a personal level. What is it that we want to change and shift in our life? What do we want to commit our energy to?

A sound journey can be a great place to set new intentions. All you need to do is to lie down, relax and let yourself get carried away by the sound.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or two and wear comfortable clothing.

This session will incorporate a mixture of gong, singing bowls and other soothing instruments. We'll get started with a short guided meditation to get everyone settled, followed be the sound experience.

This event is part of The Salisbury Centre Imbloc rededication celebrations. It's a whole day of community events & tasters workshops drawing from the rich variety of traditions part of the Salisbury community.
