Sound Journey with Nina~Using harmonies and techniques that move energy through the body to release tension and blockages; you will be lead through a musical journey that can inspire healing, personal growth and connection to self.
Nina's intention is to create a calm environment, radiate love, and hold compassionate space for you to support your journey of self healing. Sound Therapy sessions with Nina Marie include a Gong Bath, Rav drum, Buffalo Drum, Native American Flute, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Ocean drum, Tuning forks, Frequency healing and other soothing and calming instruments.
You will be guided into a meditative state and surrounded by healing frequencies to clear, balance and activate your energy. The environment will be a safe and sacred space for you to relax, as Nina uses Reiki and sound therapy practices to aid in your healing process.
