Summer is here at last bringing us her welcome feelings of warmth and relaxation! You are invited to enhance those sensations by coming to Gail Stewart’s next Sound Journey and experiencing the many benefits it will bring. Please join us and add the magic of Gail’s sounds to the blessings of summer! You owe it to yourself. Come along - don’t let this wonderful opportunity pass you by!

Gail is an experienced respected and very popular Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and at the same time relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the magic of the interwoven sound vibrations! 

A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls crystal bowls gongs and a variety of other often-unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over embrace and permeate them.

At the event ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Ideally please bring something soft supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you. However mats cushions and blankets are freely available at the Centre.
