An evening pause to help you unwind from the day. Lay down and be immersed in a 45-minute Crystal Sound Bath to carry you into deep rest.
This session includes a softly guided imagery visualisation, inviting you inward through dreamlike landscapes, dim glowing horizons, slow-moving tides of light, and twilight spaces where thought dissolves, while sound frequencies support the nervous system in releasing the weight of the day.

What to Expect
Think soft candlelit ambience, mats + yoga bolsters for comfort, and bring your favourite blanket from home to snuggle under.
You'll be invited to get comfortable lying down and settle in as you're guided through guided through a meditative sound journey woven with crystal sound bowls and chimes.
We'll close the session gently, allowing space to return slowly before stepping quietly back into your evening.

How does this work?
Crystal bowls create frequencies that ripple through the body, like moonlit tides washing softly in and out. Our nervous systems naturally respond to repetitive, flowing sound, helping us release the busyness of the day and sink into relaxation.
