This session weaves together crystal singing bowls, a planetary-tuned gong, botanical essences, and other vibrational healing instruments to guide you into deep states of relaxation and renewal. You’ll begin with a Sound Bath Meditation, where the harmonic frequencies of crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments gently entrain the brain, moving you from an active mental state into alpha and theta waves—ideal for creativity, emotional healing, and inner clarity.

Each sound journey is facilitated by Andonia, a trained practitioner of sound and energy medicine playing live instruments — including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools.
