✨ Sound Journey | October 23rd | 7:00-8:30 PM ✨
Give yourself an afternoon to simply receive.
Join us for a 90-minute Sound Journey designed to invite you out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of rest, reflection and connection.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, voice and other instruments, you'll be guided through an immersive sound experience where there is nothing you need to accomplish, fix or figure out.
Just settle in. Breathe. Listen. Feel.
Sound can offer us an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with ourselves in a way that can be difficult to find in our busy lives.
Whether you've experienced a sound journey before or this is your first time, you're welcome exactly as you are. 🤍
