Lie down and be immersed in a 45-minute Crystal Sound Bath designed to open space within you, like sunlit clouds slowly parting in the sky.
This session includes a softly guided imagery visualisation, inviting you into expansive dreamlike landscapes, drifting through golden fields, floating above quiet horizons, moving through places that feel both familiar and otherworldly, while sound frequencies gently support the nervous system into ease.

What to Expect
Think soft natural daylight spilling through the studio, mats + yoga bolsters for comfort, and bring your favourite blanket from home to snuggle under.
You’ll be invited to lie down and settle in as you’re guided through a meditative sound journey woven with crystal sound bowls and chimes, gently threading you into a dreamlike inner landscape.
We’ll close slowly, giving space to re-emerge at your own pace.
How does this work?
Crystal bowls create frequencies that ripple through the body like light moving through water, dissolving tension and inviting the mind into more expansive states.
As the nervous system relaxes, brainwaves may drift into alpha and theta states associated with calm focus, imagination, and spacious awareness, that in-between place where rest and creativity blur.
