About this Event
Join us for an immersive Sound Journey; a deeply restorative experience designed to invite stillness, relaxation, and a deeper connection with yourself. Through layers of resonant sounds and frequencies, we create a space for you to slow down, soften, and journey inward.
Using instruments including gongs, crystal and sound bowls, chimes, flutes, drums and more, you will be guided through a unique soundscape designed to support relaxation and help soothe the nervous system. Inspired by ancient and shamanic traditions of sound and rhythm, this is an opportunity to simply arrive as you are and experience whatever is present and needed for you in the moment.
No two journeys are ever the same.
Sound has been used for centuries across many cultures as a tool for grounding, connection and reflection. During this Sound Journey, we will weave together a rich tapestry of frequencies and vibrations through instruments and other intuitive sound elements to create a deeply immersive experience.
This is your invitation to take a journey within; a chance to release the noise of everyday life and allow yourself to rest, receive and reconnect.
We hold space for you to arrive exactly as you are, with no expectations and nothing you need to do other than simply be present. Every person's experience is unique; you may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally moved, energised, reflective, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment of stillness. Whatever arises is welcome.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax
• A blanket, pillow, and eye mask (optional but recommended)
• A water bottle
Arrival Information:
• Doors will open 15 minutes before the session begins so you can arrive, settle in and create your own comfortable little nest
• Street parking is available
