About this Event
Hands-On Introduction to Sound Healing Tools is a practical, experiential workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of sound healing by engaging directly with the instruments themselves. Singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, and handpan will be introduced not as concepts, but as living tools you can feel, explore, and understand through your own body.
We’ll begin by gently breaking down each instrument—how it works, how to approach it, and how sound and frequency interact with the nervous system and emotional body. Handpan will be featured as a core instrument, and its basics will be introduced in an accessible, beginner-friendly way.
From there, the experience becomes hands-on. You’ll hold the instruments. You’ll play them. You’ll feel how different frequencies move through you and notice the emotional responses they create—calm, grounding, openness, focus.
Many people experience sound healing only by receiving it. If you’ve joined sound baths or sound journeys before, this workshop is your opportunity to step into a new role—to explore what it feels like to create sound yourself and to build a direct relationship with these tools.
No musical background is required. Curiosity is enough.
This workshop is for anyone who feels called to sound, frequency, and embodiment—and who’s ready to learn by doing.
You’re welcome here. Come discover sound through your own hands.
👐 Hands-on Experience
This is not a sit-and-listen lecture.
You will practice. A lot.
- Guided practice with singing bowls
- Guided practice with tuning forks
- Time to experiment, ask questions, and get feedback
- Short partner or small-group exercises (only if people are comfortable)
You’ll leave feeling less intimidated by the instruments and more excited to keep exploring.
