Each Sound Immersion begins and ends with a short guided meditation practice to help lead you in and out of a deep state of relaxation and receptiveness for experiencing the healing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls. Vocal toning, using your own voice to create simple sounds and inner vibration, as well as gentle movement, are also used to help settle, ground, and prepare the body and the nervous system to receive the harmonizing sounds and vibrations of the bowls. The bowls are played during the middle of the session and the experience is unique and different every time.
