Join us for a peaceful Sound Immersion Session, enjoy relaxing sound instruments tuned to specific sound frequencies which our nervous system responds to naturally. These restorative sound frequencies naturally generate a relaxation response. Bring your yoga mat and any props you may need to enjoy a restful position on the floor. We provide chairs as well.
