During a sound immersion with Jen, you’ll experience 8 different singing bowls, drums, and more. Prior to the session, Ceremonial Cacao will be provided, to help open your heart and energy to the healing tones and vibrations, preparing you for healing, relaxation, and release of tension. The soothing tones produced by the bowls can induce a meditative state, promoting mindfulness and deep relaxation, while also helping to balance energy flow within the body.Please bring anything you want/need to lay back and relax for an hour (pillow, blankets, bolsters, etc.).
No experience is necessary to enjoy this immersive experience, just an open heart and an open mind!
